Many trees could have been saved if the first part of the book was shorter。 First one hundred pages is basically a waste of time - it only observes what is wrong with sales at different organizations with no advice or insight how to change that。 Second part of the book was great and provided plenty of resources and thoughts on how to manage sales organization。
